Autoresponder Setup

For sending an automatic message to people when you are away from the office.

Replace the domain digitalfundi.com in these examples with your domain.

This Help File shows you how to:

Web Mail access

You access your web mail from any internet connection by going to www.digitalfundi.com/webmail/

You will be prompted first with a pop-up window titled 'authentification is required'. You can login here, or cancel this window and you get a webmail login page.

Your username is your normal email address with the @, or if that doesn't work replace the at (@) with a plus (+)

You connect to webmail via a system called HORDE or Roundcube (see email access help for which one to choose) .

You will see that before you enter HORDE or Roundcube you have various options.

Select Autoresponder Options (3rd option from left)

1. To Setup an autoresponder

Click on Add Autoresponder

Set

Then Create/Modify

2. To Edit or Cancel an autoresponder

Click, obviously on the appropriate option edit or delete

Back to email

Just Select Go Back on the screen you get after selecting the AutoRespponder options, or home from top left or bottom left of the screen.

(it may take you back to the entry screen, in which case select Go Back again)

You return to the page allowing you to enter webmail; do so by clicking on theHORDE or Roundcube icon, or select Logout.
